The five-door, five-seat XC60 is Volvo’s mid-size SUV. This second-generation line is one of Volvo’s best-selling models, with nearly one million sold in Europe. The beautiful craftsmanship inside and out of each vehicle includes world-renowned Scandinavian design. Four trims comprise the model line for 2020, including Momentum, R-Design, Inscription, and Polestar Engineered.
Each XC60 includes a stylish exterior that receives many standard features. The Momentum has 18-inch, five Y-spoke silver alloy wheels and dual tailpipes with chrome sleeves. The R-Design adds 19-inch, 10 spoke wheels and integrated tailpipes, while the Inscription upgrades to 5 double-spoke matt black diamond-cut alloy wheels and a high gloss black R-Design grille with horizontal mesh.
The Polestar Engineered provides top equipment with 21-inch, five Y-spoke black polished forged alloy wheels and integrated tail pipes with Polestar Engineered logos.
Power and performance variety with the 2020 Volvo XC60
The XC60 includes three powerful engine choices that propel the various drivetrains. AWD T5-equipped models receive a turbocharged, 2.0L four-cylinder engine that develops 250 horsepower at 5500 rpm and generates 258 lb-ft of torque. AWD T6-equipped models include a supercharged four-cylinder engine that reaches 316 horsepower with 295 lb-ft of torque.
The XC60’s hybrid models include the AWD T8 Twin Engine, comprising an electric motor and supercharged four-cylinder gas motor that produces 400 horsepower. With 472 lb-ft of torque, this hybrid engine exhibits real performance. The T8 is matched with an eight-speed automatic transmission optimized to the best gear ratios possible. The T8 eAWD Polestar increases performance to 415 hp and 494 lb-ft of torque.
